Drakes Supermarkets is seeking a Deli Management-focused candidate to assist with daily deli operations and ensure product availability. You will lead and coach the deli team, manage rosters, and support inventory accuracy while maintaining high levels of customer service.

The role is a permanent part-time position starting at 25 hours per week, with schedule flexibility including weekdays and weekend rotation. On-site training and opportunities for career development are offered.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Deli Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring full availability of products, and a high level of service to our customers.

Some of the key tasks include supporting the Department Manager with leading and coaching the team, ensuring inventory management compliance and accurate stock levels, merchandising, generating rosters and much more!

This is a permanent part-time position starting at 25 hours per week.

Availability Requirements

• Monday-Friday between 7am-6pm
• Fortnightly rotation of a Saturday or Sunday shift
• Ability to be flexible during periods of team leave.
• A willingness to support nearby stores if required.
