Job summary

Jobfit Health Group in Brisbane is seeking an organised Service Coordinator to join our team. You will coordinate bookings, monitor workflows, and support operational performance to ensure services are delivered efficiently and consistently.

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will work with internal teams, manage scheduling, and help deliver high-quality care. A flexible working arrangement is available to support work-life balance and the wellbeing of you and your family.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Medical Reception, Medical Administration, or similar customer-focused administrative role.
• Experience managing bookings, schedules, appointments, or service delivery activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to working within structured processes and compliance requirements, ideally within healthcare or service industries.
• Collaborative team environment with passionate people delivering high-quality care and service.

About the Role

What we need from you:

The following qualifications are desirable but not essential:

• Certificate IV in Medical Administration
• Certificate in in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Medical Reception, Medical Administration, or similar customer-focused administrative role.
• Experience managing bookings, schedules, appointments, or service delivery activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to working within structured processes and compliance requirements, ideally within healthcare or service industries.
