Job summary

Jobfit Health Group on the Gold Coast and Beenleigh is seeking Registered Nurses for full-time, part-time or casual Occupational Health roles. You will conduct pre-employment medical assessments and health screenings, delivering high‑quality care to a diverse client base.

You will receive tailored training from our Senior Nurse Leaders on commencement, supporting professional development and consistent delivery of services, with a strong emphasis on client relationships and workplace safety.

Qualifications

• Nursing qualifications and current AHPRA registration.
• AHP certification for category 3 rail medicals highly regarded.
• Experience or accreditation in spirometry, audiometry or drug and alcohol testing is highly regarded.
• Excellent customer service skills and cultural sensitivity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

We are seeking a Full Time, Part-Time and Casual Occupational Health Nurses, that aligns with our values, who is focused on providing high-quality medical assessments in a professional manner to ensure lasting business relationships with our clients.

The position offers tailored training program being delivered by our Senior Nurse Leaders upon commencement. We ensure that you have the necessary skills and training to perform consistent and quality medical assessments through your professional expertise.

Location: Gold Coast and Beenleigh

Requirements:

• Tertiary level qualifications in nursing
• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• Authorised Health Practitioner (AHP) certification for category 3 rail medicals highly regarded
• Previous experience or accreditation in spirometry, audiometry or drug and alcohol testing (highly regarded)
• Exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to best practice, ethical behavior and conduct
• Company funded pre-employment medical
