Job summary

ForHealth Group in Leichhardt, NSW, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Team Member to support clinics, clients and candidates with scheduling, inquiries and administration in a busy healthcare setting. You will coordinate medical appointments, handle calls and emails, maintain booking records and support invoicing, while upholding service standards and accurate data entry.

  • Monitor call queues and booking requests to meet service standards.
  • Assist with costing and invoicing processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, clinics and internal stakeholders.
  • Support departmental administration and operational requirements.
  • Adhere to workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Team Member to join our team in Leichhardt on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive healthcare organisation where you will play a key role in coordinating medical appointments, assisting clients and candidates, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role

As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and clinics, providing high-quality customer service and administrative support in a busy healthcare environment.

You will be responsible for coordinating medical appointments, managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to email enquiries, processing medical assessment results, and maintaining accurate records. Working closely with clinics and internal teams, you will help ensure the smooth delivery of occupational health and medical services while providing a positive experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule medical appointments.

  • Respond to client and candidate email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Healthcare, medical administration, or allied health experience is advantageous but not essential.
