Job summary

Anglicare Southern Queensland – Booval QLD is seeking a Service Coordinator to oversee the coordination of services to eligible clients, provide day-to-day coordination and operational support to the Service Manager.

You will lead and develop a team, ensure timely service delivery, monitor compliance with guidelines, and maintain documentation to support high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Community Service Coordination, Health, Human Services or equivalent.
• Current Queensland Driver Licence and own reliable transport.
• Current National Police Check OR NDIS worker screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a team, within an environment which encourages staff to work cooperatively.
• Ensure services are coordinated and delivered in a timely manner, in accordance with guidelines and standards.
• Maintain daily operations with a focus of continuous quality improvement.
• Ensure the completion of service and industry specific documentation.
