Job summary

Anglicare Southern Queensland is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the coordination of clinical, nursing, allied health and specialist services for eligible clients; provide operational support to the Service Manager.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, maintain daily operations with a focus on continuous quality improvement, and uphold contemporary practice standards across our care portfolio for diverse communities in Queensland.

Qualifications

• Current Queensland Driver Licence and own reliable transport.
• Current Police Check or NDIS worker screening
• Degree in a health profession with leadership experience
• Current registration with AHPRA or relevant national body
• CPR certification (not required if RN)
• Current First Aid Certification (if not a Registered Nurse)

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of clinical, nursing, allied health and specialist services to eligible clients; the leadership and management of the multidisciplinary team and the provision of operational support to the Service Manager.

• Manager the coordination of quality clinical service delivery to clients and providers.
• Effectively lead, manage and develop a team, within an environment which encourages staff to work cooperatively
• Maintain daily operations with a focus of continuous quality improvement
• Contemporary Practice Standards (care and clinical)

Qualifications, Credentials and Other Requirements

• Current Queensland Driver Licence and own reliable transport
• Current National Police Check OR NDIS worker screening
• Degree in a health profession and relevant practical experience in a leadership role
• Current registration with AHPRA, or relevant national professional organisation
• Current First Aid Certification (not required if a qualified Registered Nurse)
• Current CPR Certification
