Job summary

Mackie Electric & Refrigeration is seeking a motivated Service Co-ordinator in Port Macquarie for an immediate start. The role involves handling calls and emails, coordinating deliveries, and scheduling jobs while managing warehouse inventory and general office duties.

The successful candidate will be outgoing, friendly, customer-focused and able to work well both independently and in a team. Full-time hours are 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday at the Port Macquarie office.

Qualifications

• Preferred Coordinating experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails.
• Accept deliveries from suppliers/couriers.
• Organise parts/equipment for field staff and schedule jobs.
• Control Port Macquarie warehouse and inventory.
• Support head office with overflow enquiries.
• Maintain showroom appearance and greet clients entering the showroom.
• Arrange on-site quotations with sales consultants as needed.

Mackie Electric & Refrigeration are seeking a motivated individual with a positive attitude and an ability to work well independently and within a team for an immediate start in our Administration Departments as a Service Co-ordinator in Port Macquarie

This person will be responsible for tending to incoming phone calls and emails, accepting deliveries from suppliers/couriers, organising parts/equipment for our field staffs, daily scheduling of jobs, and controlling the Port Macquarie warehouse and inventory on top of regular and varied office administration roles required to support our busy organisation and assist our head office with overflow enquiries.

You would also be responsible for the appearance and cleanliness of our showroom & the person to greet our clients as they enter and discuss various products with them in the showroom before possibly arranging for a more comprehensive on-site quotation with one of our sales consultants.

The person we are looking for will be outgoing, friendly and customer focused who is driven to succeed in this role.

This is a full-time position, 8.00am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday at our Port Macquarie Office. The ideal candidate would be seeking for long term employment as this role will come along with job security within a well established business (Since 1953)
