Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Artarmon is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join its premium Service team. You will manage bookings, provide repair guidance, and ensure a seamless journey from booking to handover.

As a key link between customers and workshop, you will drive satisfaction, productivity and dealership performance while delivering a premium customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service advisor in automotive is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to explain repairs, provide estimates and get approvals.
• Proactive in scheduling, workflow coordination and handovers.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and Workshop team, managing service bookings, providing accurate repair advice and keeping customers informed throughout their vehicle's journey.

You’ll play an important role in driving customer satisfaction, workshop productivity and service department performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer bookings, enquiries, repair orders and vehicle updates.
• Provide accurate estimates, explain repairs and obtain customer approvals.
• Coordinate workflow with Technicians and Workshop Management.
• Monitor vehicle progress and keep customers informed throughout repairs.
• Conduct vehicle handovers and explain completed work and recommendations.

You’ll be a polished and customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a premium service experience.

You’ll Bring:

• Previous Service Advisor experience, preferably within automotive.
• Strong technical knowledge with excellent customer service skills.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer literacy, dealership systems experience and a current Australian Driver Licence.
