Job summary

Toyota Material Handling Australia is seeking a Service Administrator in our Perth (Kewdale) office to manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks and support the Branch Manager.

The role prioritises accurate invoicing, service order processing, and supplier invoice handling within a fast-paced industrial environment. You will contribute to branch reporting and IMS compliance.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Business Administration is desirable.
• At least 3 years of previous experience in an administrative role.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, ERP systems (Movex/M3, SAP) and databases.

Responsibilities

• Process service orders and customer invoices from Field Service activities.
• Respond to and resolve service enquiries from internal and external customers.
• Complete monthly fixed-price service invoicing and process supplier invoices for payment.
• Ensure branch reporting requirements are completed timely and IMS policies followed.
• Assist Branch Rental & Used Equipment Manager with service-related duties.
