Job summary

Komatsu Forklift Australia is seeking a proactive Service Administrator to join our busy service team. You will coordinate bookings, manage customer enquiries, and support the Service Manager in daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.

As the first point of contact, you will engage with technicians and customers, process work orders, and maintain accurate records in internal systems. Monday to Friday roster with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administration, service coordination or customer service role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly approach.
• High attention to detail and strong data entry accuracy.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Service Department and Service Manager.
• Coordinate service bookings and schedule technicians to maximise efficiency.
• Create, process and close service work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Liaise with customers regarding service enquiries, bookings and job updates.
• Raise purchase orders, process invoices and assist with service-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer and service records within internal systems.
• Work closely with technicians, parts and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Deliver a high level of customer service while managing competing priorities.

The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities we're Looking For:

• High attention to detail and strong data entry accuracy.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is advantageous).
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
• Experience within the automotive, transport, equipment or industrial industries is desirable but not essential.
