This is a hands-on administration and customer service role where you will be responsible for keeping service operations running smoothly.
You will be the primary point of contact for service administration, helping to coordinate requests, work orders, documentation and customer communications while supporting our technicians and Service Manager.
Coordinate and process service requests and work orders.
Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding service requests and concerns.
Coordinate communication between customers and service technicians.
Accurately process service documentation and invoices.
Maintain detailed service records, equipment information and service histories.
Prepare reports relating to service performance, technician productivity and customer feedback.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Support compliance with company policies, client requirements and relevant regulations.
Assist with continuous improvement of service processes and standards.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

You will ideally have:
Previous experience in a customer service or administration role within construction, ideally HVAC or building services.
Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with service management or estimating software.
An understanding of Australian workplace regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
