Job summary

Dorma Hueppe, part of the dormakaba Group, is seeking a State Sales Representative - Service to cover NSW/ACT, combining account management, service contract management and commercial responsibilities to drive revenue and service performance.

You will build relationships with building owners and facility managers, grow service revenue through maintenance contracts and repairs, and coordinate service delivery across a multi-disciplinary team. Travel is required across NSW/ACT.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, service sales or similar customer-facing roles.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience preparing quotations and identifying growth opportunities.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Current Driver's Licence and ability to travel throughout NSW and ACT.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with customers, building owners and facility managers across NSW and ACT.
• Grow service revenue through maintenance agreements, repairs and upgrade opportunities.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Conduct customer meetings, site inspections and contract reviews to understand client needs.
• Prepare tailored quotations and service proposals.
• Coordinate service delivery, including technicians, contractors and project resources.
• Resolve customer enquiries and ensure exceptional service outcomes.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline activity and forecasts in Salesforce.
