Fulcrum Resources partners with an independent digital consultancy in Sydney to recruit an SEO Executive. This hands-on role focuses on building fundamentals across technical, content and on-site SEO, ideal for someone early in their SEO career who wants to learn by doing within a supportive agency environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in SEO or hands-on SEO internship.
• Genuine interest in how search engines and content work.
• Willingness to learn and build skills through hands-on experience.
• Comfort working with data, reports and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of SEO work across multiple clients under the guidance of senior team members.
• Conduct keyword research, mapping and content gap analysis.
• Assist with on-page optimisation, including titles and meta descriptions.
• Help prepare reports, benchmarks and performance tracking.
• Support technical SEO tasks such as audits and page speed reviews.
• Produce SEO documentation and content briefs to support wider delivery.
• Collaborate with Content, Outreach, Analytics and Paid Media teams on integrated client work.
