Job summary

Fulcrum is looking for an SEO Executive to join a skilled team and build strong foundations across technical, content and on-site SEO. This hands-on role is designed for someone early in their SEO career who wants to learn by doing and grow within a supportive agency environment.

In the initial phase, focus is on execution and learning, working with senior specialists to develop core skills such as keyword research, reporting, on-page optimisation and basic technical analysis.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in SEO or hands-on role/internship.
• A genuine interest in how search engines, websites and content work.
• A strong willingness to learn, ask questions and build skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of SEO work across multiple clients under senior guidance.
• Conduct keyword research, mapping and content gap analysis.
• Assist with on-page optimisation, including titles, meta descriptions and internal linking.
• Help prepare reports, benchmarks and performance tracking.
• Support technical SEO tasks such as audits and page speed reviews.
• Produce SEO documentation and content briefs for wider delivery.
• Learn and work with SEO tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
