Job summary

Fulcrum is seeking an SEO Executive to join a highly skilled SEO team. This hands-on role focuses on building foundations across technical, content and on-site SEO, with a clear path to larger responsibilities and client communication.

In the early phase you will learn by doing, working with senior specialists on keyword research, reporting and basic technical analysis, then gradually gain cross-team exposure in a supportive agency environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in SEO, or hands-on SEO-focused role
• Interest in how search engines and content work
• Willingness to learn and build skills through hands-on experience
• Comfort working with data, reports and spreadsheets
• Clear communication and ability to explain thinking
• Collaborative mindset across disciplines
• Organised and adaptable with multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of SEO work across multiple clients under guidance of senior team members
• Conduct keyword research, mapping and content gap analysis
• Assist with on-page optimisation (titles, meta descriptions, internal linking)
• Help prepare reports, benchmarks and performance tracking
• Support technical SEO tasks such as audits and page speed reviews
• Produce SEO documentation and content briefs for wider delivery
• Learn and work with SEO tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Collaborate with Content, Outreach, Analytics and Paid Media teams on integrated client work
