Noosa Party Hire is seeking a hands-on yard and delivery lead to step into a pivotal role within a small team. You will ensure equipment is flawless, deliveries are on time, and on-site crew knows exactly what they are doing.

This role is Monday to Friday with negotiable start/finish times and 30–40+ hours per week, offering potential permanent career progression. Training and a supportive team environment are provided.

Qualificações

• Must hold a valid Forklift Licence (LF) and a full, clean Manual MR Class Licence.
• High level of physical fitness and stamina to handle repetitive heavy lifting.
• Proven ability to take charge, delegate tasks, and lead a small team effectively.
• Great communication skills and a friendly attitude when dealing with clients.
• Strong focus on punctuality to meet strict event setup deadlines.
• Available for a minimum 3-month commitment.

Reporting directly to the Manager, you will step into a pivotal, active role in a small team. You will be the engine room of our operation—ensuring equipment is flawless, deliveries are on time, and our crew on-site knows exactly what they are doing.
