Job summary

All Lift Forklifts and Access Equipment in NSW is hiring an enthusiastic, reliable person to join our Hire department as a yard dispatcher and admin support.

You will coordinate yard activities, process hire paperwork, monitor equipment deliveries and returns, and help maintain safety and order in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

We offer ongoing training, uniform and PPE, and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dispatch / yard coordination role.
• Forklift license and yellow ticket or equivalent.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and detailing Equipment.
• Moving equipment into allocated locations.
• Monitoring Transport deliveries and collections.
• Processing equipment hire paperwork and pre-hire checklists.
• Preparing and reviewing documentation for dispatch and returns.

We are a family-owned and operated forklift and access equipment hire company based in Rydalemere , NSW. Due to strong growth, a full-time position has become available in our Hire department to support in the day-to-day operations.

The Role:

Working closely with the Service and Transport departments this position is responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the yard activities and ensuring all administrative and operational support tasks are completed with accuracy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and detailing Equipment
• Moving equipment into allocated locations

The Right Person for the Role:

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful, you’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in a dispatch / yard coordination role
• Forklift license and yellow ticket
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to learn internal systems
• Experience with mechanical or hire equipment industries (preferred but not essential)
• Current and valid NSW Driver’s Licence and be able to drive manual vehicle
