Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified Motor Mechanic (Cert 3 Light Vehicle).
• Authorised AIS examiner or willing to obtain.
• Own tools/tool storage.
• Enthusiastic about growing within the industry & business.
• Able to work independently and as part of the team.
• Valid Australian driver's license (not suspended).
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical repairs and service delivery.
• Mentor junior apprentices.
• Liaise with workshop management and clients.
• Lead, mentor and contribute to operational improvements with potential path to management.
