Job summary

Arup is seeking a Senior Workplace Infrastructure Engineer to join its global Workplace Services team. You will provide APAC coverage for endpoint and virtual desktop platforms, blending hands-on engineering with global project contributions.

You will work with Intune, Autopilot, Azure Virtual Desktop, Jamf, SCCM and related technologies to deliver secure, reliable workplace solutions and drive automation and documentation best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise device management platforms.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS and Linux endpoints.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide third-level support across endpoint and VDI platforms.
• Own complex incidents and drive resolution.
• Contribute to global Workplace Services roadmap and automation efforts.
