Job summary
Arup in Australia is seeking a Senior Workplace Infrastructure Engineer to join our global Workplace Services team, providing APAC coverage for endpoint and virtual desktop platforms. You will work hands-on across Microsoft, Apple, Azure and AWS, own complex incidents, and help shape the Workplace Services roadmap while delivering secure, reliable technology across APAC.

Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows Autopilot, SCCM, Group Policy and Entra ID.
- Proven support of Windows 11, Linux Ubuntu and macOS devices, including Jamf Pro administration.
- Experience administering and troubleshooting Azure Virtual Desktop/Nerdio and complex endpoint issues.
- PowerShell automation skills and enterprise deployment experience.
- A methodical, accountable and collaborative approach, with clear technical documentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide third-level support and own complex incidents to resolution.
- Deliver secure, reliable workplace technology across APAC.
- Support Intune, Autopilot, Jamf, Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
- Contribute to Workplace Services roadmap and global projects.
