Arup is seeking a Senior Workplace Infrastructure Engineer to join the global Workplace Services team, providing APAC coverage for endpoint and virtual desktop platforms. You will broaden your expertise across Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, Autopilot, Jamf, SCCM and Group Policy, owning complex incidents and delivering secure, reliable workplace technology.

Formación

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows Autopilot, SCCM, Group Policy and Entra ID.
• Proven support of Windows 11, Linux Ubuntu and macOS devices, including Jamf Pro administration.
• Experience administering Azure Virtual Desktop/Nerdio and complex endpoint, application and user-profile issues.
• PowerShell automation skills and enterprise deployment, patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Methodical, accountable and collaborative with clear technical documentation and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior-level endpoint and VDI engineering within Arup's Workplace Services.
• Own complex incidents through to resolution and deliver secure, reliable workplace technology across APAC.
• Broaden expertise across Microsoft, Apple, Azure and AWS technologies and contribute to global projects and roadmaps.
• Work across Intune, Autopilot, Jamf, Azure Virtual Desktop and legacy SCCM and Group Policy; automate and document processes.
