Zusammenfassung

Arup is seeking a Senior Workplace Infrastructure Engineer to join our global Workplace Services team, delivering APAC coverage for endpoint and virtual desktop platforms. You will blend hands-on engineering with the freedom to improve services used across an international workplace.

You will broaden your expertise across Microsoft, Apple, Azure and AWS technologies, contribute to global projects and help shape the Workplace Services roadmap.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot, SCCM, and Group Policy.
• Proficiency with Entra ID and Jamf Pro administration.
• PowerShell automation skills for deployment, patching and remediation.

Aufgaben

• Provide third-level support and own complex incidents through to resolution for APAC.
• Deliver secure, reliable workplace technology across APAC.
• Contribute to global projects and shape the Workplace Services roadmap.
• Assist in automation, patching and technology rollouts across platforms.
