Job summary

Building and Plumbing Commission (BPC) is seeking a Senior Workforce Planner on a fixed-term basis to lead strategic and operational workforce planning. You will forecast resource needs, manage rosters, allocate work, and produce performance reports to align staffing with demand.

The role drives continuous improvement and coordinates between operational teams and support services in a hybrid Melbourne setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational reporting and analysing workforce performance data.
• Ability to develop and present meaningful insights to support strategic decisions.
• Minimum three years' workforce management experience within a call centre or comparable environment.
• Experience managing forecasting, scheduling, rostering, and workforce planning processes.

Responsibilities
