Job summary

The Australian Nursing Home Foundation in Campsie, NSW, seeks a Workforce Planning Officer on a 12-month full-time contract to lead workforce planning for the Support at Home program and collaborate with care partners to ensure adequate staffing.

Qualifications

• Experience in roster management in aged care/health or related setting.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and rostering systems.
• Knowledge of aged care and disability support regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Workforce Planning Manager to translate service needs into workforce planning outcomes.
• Maintain the master roster and implement approved changes accurately.
• Monitor services and elevate unfilled shifts to prevent missed or delayed services.
