Job summary

Victorian Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Workforce Capability Coordinator to support the design, delivery and evaluation of workforce development programs across Victoria's mental health sectors.

You will lead data collection, analysis and reporting to identify capability gaps, plan improvements and coordinate workshops and training activities with internal teams and sector partners.

Qualifications

• A qualification or experience in a relevant mental health discipline is highly desirable.
• A relevant tertiary degree or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or experience in training and workforce development is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the collection, management, analysis and evaluation of workforce development program data, including participation, reach and outcomes, together with workforce needs data, to identify capability needs and gaps across Victoria's clinical and community mental health sectors.
• Lead process improvement projects that strengthen how workforce development programs are identified, assessed, planned, delivered and monitored.
• Plan, coordinate and support the promotion and delivery of workforce development programs for clinical and community mental health workforces, including workshops, seminars, training and other capability development activities.
