Job summary

The Department of Health Victoria seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead the MHWCMS initiative, delivering a large-scale ICT digital health program across Victoria’s mental health service providers. You will drive the program’s design, roadmap and end-to-end delivery, aligning with strategic objectives and governance requirements.

You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and governance, and ensure compliance with privacy, procurement and cyber security frameworks while

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification with a significant ICT component, health administration or equivalent is desirable.
• PRINCE2 certification or equivalent is desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years ICT project management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years program management experience.
• Experience in Victorian Public Service or the Victorian Public Health Sector.
• Advanced skills in delivering projects using PRINCE2 or AgilePM and governance.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large complex ICT digital health programs across Victoria.
• Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to realise benefits.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams across government and external partners.
