Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Senior Claims Consultant to join the WorkCare Claims team in Perth, WA. Based in West Leederville, you will manage a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims, delivering high-quality outcomes and timely settlements through collaborative work with clients and the claims team.

You will visit clients and legal providers, provide end-to-end claims management, and ensure compliance with the Worker Compensation Act 1981 and regulator standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and insurance claims experience in Workers Compensation.
• Experience interpreting Acts to make liability decisions.
• Management of complex claims with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deal efficiently with client inquiries.
• Deliver end-to-end claims management for workers compensation.
• Plan and deliver strong relationship management with clients.
• Submit claims reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with applicable worker compensation acts.
