Job summary

Marsh's WorkCare Claims team in Perth is seeking a dedicated Claims Consultant to support the Senior Claims Consultant and Team Leader. You will manage a focused portfolio of workers' compensation claims and collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver accurate, timely outcomes.

This hybrid role requires you to work at least three days per week in the office and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and proficiency with MS Office.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our WorkCare Claims team at JLT Risk Solutions Pty Ltd. This role will be based in Perth. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Claims Consultant role offers the opportunity to play a key part in supporting the Senior Claims Consultant and Team Leader by managing a focused portfolio of Workers Compensation claims. You will collaborate closely with members, clients, and the broader claims team to deliver exceptional service and outcomes.

We will count on you to:

• Deliver timely and accurate work output using the claims management system.
• Collaborate effectively with your team, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
• Respond efficiently and professionally to Council enquiries.
• Provide high‑quality claims management services that meet client needs.
• Ensure compliance with the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023 (WA), Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Regulations 2024 (WA), and the Principles and Standards set by the Regulator.
