Job summary

Cognizant’s Workday Practice is seeking a Principal Data Consultant experienced in Workday HCM or Financial Management. You will guide clients through transformation, implementation and operation phases of Workday projects across multiple customers, with world-class training and mentorship.

Responsibilities include acting as the data expert, designing migrations using iLoad, EIB, and other tools, creating data-tracking reports, ETL scripting, data validation, and supporting clients through all

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/MIS or related field.
• 3-5 years ERP Data Conversion or HCM implementation experience.
• 3-5 years Workday experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform as a Workday Data expert with design, configuration, testing, and implementation for HCM and Finance.
• Guide clients through data extract, cleansing, and migration from tenant to tenant.
• Create ETL scripts and data transformation strategies; support data validation and loading into Workday.
