Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Workday Data expert to design, configure, test, and implement Workday for HCM and Finance. You will drive tenant-to-tenant migrations using iLoad, EIB, and Migration Recipe and create robust data tracking and reporting templates for clients.

You will map data sources, perform cleansing, validate loaded data, and guide teams through project phases, mentoring peers and sharing knowledge while collaborating with customers and the Engagement Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, MIS, or related field.
• 3–5 years ERP Data Conversion or HCM implementation experience.
• 3–5 years Workday experience highly desired.
• Experience with data conversion, data mining, and data loading.
• Advanced experience of Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and implement Workday for HCM and Finance.
• Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations using iLoad, EIB, and Migration tools.
• Create data tracking, monitoring, and reporting templates.
• Validate and cleanse data during project phases.
• Mentor colleagues and participate in training opportunities.
• Communicate progress with client, project team, and Engagement Manager.
