Job summary

UTS is seeking a Senior Work Integrated Learning Officer in Sydney to coordinate end-to-end WIL activities, industry engagement initiatives and partnership programs across the Transdisciplinary School. The role operates with autonomy, balancing multiple priorities to deliver high-quality outcomes for students, academics and industry partners.

You will work across complex stakeholder networks to ensure programs are delivered effectively, professionally and in alignment with university priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating Work Integrated Learning programs end-to-end.
• Ability to manage multiple, concurrent stakeholder activities to deadlines.
• Strong communication and autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned WIL and industry engagement activities, managing delivery from planning through to evaluation and reporting.
• Independently coordinate multiple concurrent programs and stakeholder activities, ensuring deadlines, quality standards and service expectations are met.
• Identify emerging issues, risks and opportunities and proactively develop solutions or escalated matters appropriately.
