Job summary

The Senior Work Integrated Learning Officer at University of Technology Sydney coordinates and delivers WIL activities and industry engagement within the Transdisciplinary School, guiding programs from planning through evaluation.

Working with academics, professional staff and external partners, the role manages priorities with autonomy, embraces continuous process improvement, and enjoys a hybrid onsite Sydney arrangement with flexible work practices.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned WIL and industry engagement activities, managing delivery from planning through to evaluation and reporting.
• Independently coordinate multiple concurrent programs and stakeholder activities, ensuring deadlines, quality standards and service expectations are met.
• Identify emerging issues, risks and opportunities and proactively develop solutions or elevate matters appropriately.
