Western Sydney University invites applications for a Senior Coordinator, Industry Partnering Transformation at Bankstown City Campus. The role focuses on coordinating industry partnerships, translating university capability into industry–valued solutions, and supporting portfolio transformation.

You will design partnering frameworks, collaborate across academic and professional teams, and help scale engagement to meet strategic priorities.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience supporting industry partnerships, innovation programs or external collaboration.
Experience coordinating initiatives with industry partners, academic staff and professional teams.
Strong ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coordinate industry partnering initiatives from enquiry through to delivery.
Contribute to the design, implementation and continuous improvement of partnering frameworks, tools, workflows and governance.
Lead cross-functional delivery involving research support, commercialisation, legal, finance and operational teams.
Monitor partnering activity and provide practical insights and recommendations to senior staff.
Support pilots, demonstrations, innovation challenges and strategic partnerships.
