Our client is a leading renewable energy company delivering a major utility-scale wind farm project in Australia. They seek an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery, overseeing civil, electrical and mechanical Balance of Plant packages, with Melbourne head office base and site travel as the project progresses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
• Experience overseeing civil, electrical and mechanical Balance of Plant packages.
• Civil engineering or civil construction background preferred.
• Strong commercial and contractual management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the overall delivery of the project across civil, electrical and mechanical Balance of Plant scopes.
• Provide strong project leadership across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, engineering teams and other key project stakeholders.
• Manage programme, budget, quality, risk, safety and project performance.
• Oversee interfaces between project disciplines and ensure coordination across work packages.
• Monitor contractor performance and drive delivery against milestones and contractual requirements.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities.
• Lead project reporting, governance and performance reviews.
• Work with internal commercial, engineering, construction and development teams.
• Support resolution of technical, commercial and construction-related issues.
• Undertake site visits and provide senior leadership and support to site teams.
• Ensure the project is delivered safely and in accordance with standards and approvals.
