Talent Focus Recruitment is partnering with an industry-leading Warehousing and Distribution company to recruit a Senior Work Health & Safety Manager for their operations in Sydney's Southwest. The role will drive safety strategy, policy development, and regulatory compliance across the site.

You will lead the Safety Committee, audits, incident reporting and risk mitigation, requiring 3–5+ years in warehouse/logistics, a Diploma of WHS/OHS and a First Aid certificate.

Formación

• Diploma of WHS/OHS is required.
• First Aid Certificate is required.
• Strong knowledge of current WHS legislation and acts.

Responsabilidades

• Developing, implementing and reviewing plans, processes and policies that increase safety.
• Controlling and mitigating workplace hazards and risks.
• Ensuring operational compliance with relevant health and safety acts and legislation.
• Advocating for health and safety in organizational policy.
• Staying updated with changes to health and safety acts, legislations and awards.
• Managing Safety Committee, Health and Safety Officers and other staff.
• Inspecting and auditing workplaces, processes and equipment for safety and compliance.
• Reporting and managing incidents and safety breaches.
