Job summary

NorthStone Talent Partners in Sydney is seeking a proactive WHS Officer to support workplace health and safety across logistics and warehouse operations. You will identify and manage safety risks, ensuring compliance with Australian WHS regulations and driving continuous improvement in workplace safety.

Working closely with operations, you will promote a strong safety culture, deliver training and maintain accurate safety records to support a safe and compliant working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience of WHS in logistics or warehousing required.
• Knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and safety regulations.
• Hands-on risk assessments, inspections and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain WHS policies and safety standards.
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments and safety audits.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes and implement actions.
• Ensure compliance with Australian WHS legislation and regulations.
• Deliver safety training, inductions and toolbox talks.
• Monitor WHS performance and maintain safety records.
