Job summary

Squadron Energy Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior WHS Advisor to support a major renewable energy construction project. This field-based role requires balancing site engagement, contractor assurance, and safety leadership across multiple fronts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field-based construction WHS experience.
• Client-side experience with Principal Contractors and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong field presence across construction fronts with workers and teams.
• Provide WHS oversight and assurance of contractors and safety systems.
• Support identification and management of high-risk construction activities.
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
• Influence safe behaviours and accountability across teams.
