You will collaborate with clients during go-live and system audits, contribute to HRIS implementations, and drive process improvements while delivering accurate, timely payroll outcomes.

Qualifications

• Solid payroll capability and understanding of awards and legislation.
• Experience with HRIS implementations and go-live activities.
• Ability to analyse large payroll datasets and identify root causes.

Responsibilities

• Interpret awards, EBAs and legislative requirements with accuracy.
• Perform detailed reconciliations and compliance reviews.
• Analyse large payroll datasets for anomalies and trends.
• Contribute to HRIS system implementations, design and audits.
• Partner with clients during go-live and system optimisation.
• Produce clear documentation, reporting and control frameworks.
• Advise stakeholders on payroll risk and process improvements.
• Collaborate with clients and delivery teams for high-quality outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement across payroll operations.
