Dynamic Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced WFM/Payroll Specialist to work remotely across Australia. You will handle complex payroll processes, ensure compliance with Australian awards and legislation, and support HRIS implementations while delivering accurate results for multi-client engagements.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Australian payroll, strong analytical skills, and proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Australian payroll experience in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, awards and compliance obligations.
• Ability to manage complex payroll calculations with accuracy and sound judgement.
• Experience with Payroll, Time & Attendance, WFM or HRIS systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsabilités

• Interpret awards, EBAs and legislative requirements with accuracy and confidence.
• Perform detailed reconciliations, compliance reviews and exception analysis to protect payroll integrity.
• Analyse and transform large payroll datasets, identifying anomalies, trends and root causes.
• Contribute to HRIS system implementations, including design, requirements and system audits.
• Partner with clients during go-live activities, optimisation of their systems and issue resolution.
• Produce clear documentation, reporting and control frameworks aligned to best practice.
• Advise stakeholders on WFM & Payroll risk, compliance and process improvements.
• Collaborate with clients and delivery teams to drive consistent, high-quality outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across payroll operations and system capability.
