Job summary

UpGuard is seeking an experienced web designer to join a growth squad focused on capturing visitor value. You will design landing pages, test variants, and craft UI modules aligned with paid campaigns, while collaborating with growth marketers, developers and SEO to optimize performance.

You’ll work inside an established design system, pushing interactive demos and AI‑assisted prototyping to deliver measurable improvements across the website.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing websites and marketing pages with a portfolio showing tested improvements and at least one interactive/high‑craft piece.
• Proven track record in growth or performance marketing settings, capable of detailing tests, winners, losers, and next steps.
• Experience within an existing design system in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, variables).
• Strong UI/interaction craft: layout, typography, hierarchy, motion, and responsive design.
• Ability to push back on brand directions if data says it undermines quality.
• Autonomous, proactive team player capable of running several tests at once and aligning with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship a steady stream of website experiments: landing pages, variants, UI modules, forms and CTAs.
• Propose test ideas with the squad, shaping briefs with growth marketers, SEO and web developers.
• Create interactive, world‑class web experiences (demos, scroll stories, tools) to elevate Bid and product storytelling.
• Translate complex security products into compelling stories using real UI and motion.
• Grow the design system by turning successful patterns into reusable components.
• Design paid campaign landing pages with tight alignment to ads.
• Prototype quickly with AI tools in Figma or code for fast feedback.
• Deliver build‑ready designs to developers and QA for responsiveness and speed.
• Review test results and codify learnings into a playbook for conversions.
