UpGuard seeks a senior designer to own growth-focused website experiences. You’ll design landing pages, UI modules, forms, and CTAs, testing hypotheses tied to clear metrics. You’ll bring ideas to a five-person growth squad and shape briefs with marketing, SEO, and web developers.

You’ll work within an established design system in Figma, delivering responsive, high‑craft UI and interactive elements. Most work will be web-focused, with opportunities to craft launch pages and interactive demos.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years designing websites and marketing pages with measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record in growth or performance marketing collaboration.
• Experience designing within an existing design system using Figma (components, variants, auto layout).
• Sharp UI and interaction craft: layout, typography, hierarchy, motion, responsive design.

Aufgaben

• Design and ship a steady stream of website experiments: landing pages, variants, UI modules, forms and CTAs.
• Bring test ideas to the growth squad, define hypotheses and brief with marketers and devs.
• Create world-class web experiences (demos, scroll storytelling, calculators) that elevate B2B design.
• Turn complex product stories into engaging narratives using real UI and motion.
• Expand the design system with reusable components based on learnings.
