Job summary

UpGuard is seeking a seasoned web designer to join a growth squad focused on landing pages, experiments and sign-up flows. You will translate data-driven hypotheses into testable pages inside our design system, using AI-assisted prototyping.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing websites and marketing pages with a portfolio of tests and outcomes.
• Proven experience working with growth or performance marketing teams; can discuss tests, winners, and learnings.
• Deep experience designing inside an existing design system (Figma components, variants, auto layout, variables).
• Strong UI/UX craft: layout, typography, hierarchy, motion and responsive design across devices.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship a steady stream of website experiments: landing pages, page variants, UI modules, forms and CTAs, each tested against a clear hypothesis.
• Bring your own test ideas to the squad; translate data into briefs with marketers, SEO and web developers.
• Push the website's capabilities with interactive demos, scroll-driven stories, free tools and launch pages that raise the bar for B2B web design.
• Turn a complex security product into a compelling story using real UI, product vignettes and motion.
• Grow the design system by turning winning patterns into reusable components for the team.
• Design landing pages for paid campaigns with tight message matches to ads.
• Prototype quickly with AI tools in Figma or code so the squad can validate ideas early.
• Handoff build-ready designs to web developers and QA for responsiveness, accessibility and speed.
• Review test results and convert learnings into a playbook of conversions.
