GEODIS Melbourne Airport is recruiting a Senior Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic team. The role supports floor leadership, inventory control, order processing and quality checks in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar warehouse role.
• Knowledge of 77G warehouse rules and regulations.
• Valid High-Risk Work (HRW) forklift LF license.
• Proficient PC skills.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Good time management and multitasking.
• Sound WHS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Directing floor staff as needed.
• Receiving and unpacking goods.
• Inventory management and stock accuracy.
• Processing customer orders and prioritisation.
• Record keeping and data entry.
• Warehouse maintenance and cleanliness.
• Quality control and compliance checks.
• X-ray screening where required.
• Adhering to all 77G and Department of Home Affairs rules and regulations.

You’ll bring:

• A minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the industry
• Knowledge of 77G warehouse rules and regulations
• Valid High-Risk Work (HRW) license for the Forklift (LF) class
• Sound PC skills
• Previous WMS or equivalent warehouse management system usage
• Good verbal and written communication
• Time management and ability to multitask
• Sound knowledge of WHS
