Job summary

Diecast Distributors Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for our Yatala, QLD facility. This full-time role leads daily warehouse operations, oversees stock control, and coordinates orders and dispatches to support our distribution network.

You will manage a dynamic team, implement efficient processes, ensure safety and compliance, and work closely with management, sales and administration to meet peak demands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or senior warehouse operations role in distribution/logistics.
• Experience with WMS and inventory control software.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Strong inventory and stock-control experience.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations (WorkSafe) and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with forklift operations and a valid forklift license.
• Must hold a current Australian driver's license.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team and plan daily workloads.
• Oversee receiving, stock checks, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate picking, packing and dispatch, ensuring timely orders.
• Manage warehouse layout, stock locations and storage efficiency.
• Liaise with freight partners and drive onboarding of major orders.
• Develop and implement warehouse processes as the business grows.
• Monitor productivity and address issues proactively.
• Maintain a safe, clean and compliant warehouse environment.
