Job summary

Hourglass Cosmetics seeks a Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising & Store Design Operations for ANZ & APAC. This hybrid role leads planning and execution of VM and store design programs across Australia, New Zealand, and APAC, aligning with global standards and coordinating with regional teams, vendors and retailers to ensure timely, on-brand activations.

The role requires strong project management, cross-functional leadership, and a strategic mindset to drive seasonal updates, SIS/TR placements

Responsibilities

• Act as regional liaison between global HQ and ANZ & APAC markets.

• Manage ANZ & APAC projects in Asana with global processes.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets and reporting for VM programs.
• Oversee seasonal updates, store design activations and new door openings.
