Responsibilities

• Inspire and energize frontline teams and drive brand standards.
• Achieve retail targets and develop monthly sales plans.
• Conduct weekly business reviews with management and retailers.
• Develop action plans to improve productivity metrics.
• Ensure Sephora stores meet sales targets and education.
• Coach the Retail and Events team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Global Education for frontline trainings.
• Coordinate stock availability and balanced inventory.
• Utilize Outfield tool for productivity, visits and data.
• Ensure proper stock management and operational processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing and SD/VM Ops for seasonal updates.
• Gather customer feedback and report insights.
• Measure and analyze KPIs to improve results.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
