Job summary

Hourglass Cosmetics in Sydney seeks a Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising & Store Design Operations for ANZ & APAC. You will lead regional VM programs, drive store design standards, and align global guidelines with local markets across Australia, New Zealand and the broader APAC region.

Collaborating with Global HQ and regional teams, you’ll manage timelines in Asana, oversee budgets, and coordinate with retailers and vendors to deliver on-brand visual activations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Visual Merchandising or Store Design Operations across ANZ/APAC.
• Experience in regional roles reporting to HQ and adapting guidelines for local markets.
• Proven ability with seasonal updates, launches and new door openings.
• Experience managing multi-market vendors and budgets across currencies.
• Proficient in MS Office, Asana or Smartsheet; Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Strong communicator able to lead meetings across time zones.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within ANZ and APAC; Sydney-based with 60% office days.

Responsibilities

• Act as single regional contact between global HQ and APAC markets.
• Lead weekly status meetings with global VMSD and Design teams.
• Manage ANZ & APAC projects in Asana with regional processes.
• Oversee seasonal updates for regional gondolas, counters and TR/SIS.
• Coordinate artwork process with Global 2D Design and local reviews.
• Maintain vendor network and ensure timely artwork production.
• Budget management of VMSD opex and capex across markets.
• Travel as required within ANZ and APAC.
