Job summary

RGIT Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Visual Merchandiser to elevate the visual presentation and customer experience across our growing retail network. You will support 10+ UGG stores in Sydney and NSW, owning visual standards and seasonal execution across formats.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ visual merchandising experience within fashion, footwear, lifestyle, beauty or related retail.
• Experience supporting multiple stores or a regional network.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while following brand guidelines.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising planning and execution across NSW stores to ensure premium, commercial presentation.
• Plan and implement seasonal campaigns, product launches and promotions.
• Create strong product and brand presentations across windows, entrances and wall displays.
• Conduct regular store visits and visual audits, providing practical feedback to improve execution.
• Develop scalable VM guidelines, seasonal toolkits and standards for different store formats.
• Use sales data and customer behavior to optimise placement and space usage.
• Coach Store Managers and retail teams to maintain visual standards and build in-store capability.
• Support new store openings, refurbishments and shop-in-shop projects as required.
