Job summary

JD Sports Australia is seeking a Senior In-Store Visual Merchandiser to inspire customers with captivating displays, drive sales and uphold brand standards.

You will lead in-store visuals, mentor the junior VM, and partner with the Store Manager to deliver world‑class presentation across a high-turnover fashion brand. Rostered Monday to Friday with varying shift times, you’ll maintain a customer-first mindset to deliver exceptional shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within a high turnover, large format fashion retailer.
• Tertiary qualifications in Visual Merchandising (Cert IV / Diploma) is favourable.
• Love fashion and have a strong knowledge of our brands.
• Customer-first mindset and passion for creating a great customer shopping experience.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, commerciality, and ability to drive sales results.
• Excellent time management, prioritisation and delegation to execute daily priorities.

Responsibilities

• Creating exceptional customer experiences through inspiring visual merchandising.
• Plan and execute in-store creative concepts including campaigns, windows, and mannequins.
• Initiate and implement innovative VM solutions to support store functions.
• Organise and execute set ups for all promotional events/ installations.
• Support Store Manager to manage priorities including campaigns, merchandising, stock management and in-store marketing.
