Qualifications
- Has at least 2 years' experience in a Venue Manager role.
- Proven leadership with a track record of developing teams.
- Commercial mindset with ability to drive revenue and profitability.
- Strong communication and people leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of a high-volume hospitality venue.
- Coach and develop a high-performing management and venue team.
- Drive a positive team culture with focus on talent development.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high standards.
- Manage labour, wages, stock, costs and profitability.
- Grow community engagement and local relationships.
- Ensure compliance with policies and legislative requirements.
